Ingredients to make Tandalachi Bhakri is authentic Malvani cuisine

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • water
  • salt
  • ghee 3 tbs
  • Served with
  • garlic chutney
  • garlic 10 cloves
  • red chilli powder 3 tbs
  • salt
  • cumin seeds 2tsp

How to make Tandalachi Bhakri is authentic Malvani cuisine

  1. Take rice flour add salt and make dough with water.
  2. Rest the dough for 5 minutes. Not more then this.
  3. Divide the dough in 4 equal parts.
  4. Heat the chapati tawa on gas.
  5. Roll each dough on chapati rolling board with hand or with rolling pin medium thick.
  6. Put the rolled bhakri on hot tawa cook both side. When both sides are cooked again cook both side of bhakri with the help of tongs.
  7. Put in plate and apply ghee on upper side if bhakri.
  8. Served hot with garlic Chutney and urad daal or any other daal and vegetables.
  9. For Garlic Chutney
  10. Mix all Chutney ingredients in hand mixture and grind it.
