Ingredients to make 16 LAYRED OATS METHI PARANTHA

  • 1+1/2 bowl wheat flour
  • 1 bowl washed andchopped fresh methi leaves /fredh fenugreek leaves
  • 1 table spoon grated ginger
  • 1 table spoon chopped green chillies
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon carom seeds
  • 1/2 tea spoom red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  • water to kneed as required

How to make 16 LAYRED OATS METHI PARANTHA

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a big vessel and with water make a soft dough at last add oil and again knead it keep it for 10 minutes
  2. Then take a dumpling out of the dough roll like a big chapati cut into 4 stripes then cut reverse 4 stripes arrange the16 pieces upon another
  3. Then dust flour and roll to make it like parantha Cook on tawa with sufficient oil

My Tip:

Use sufficient oil in roasting to make it crispy and soft too
