Ingredients to make Coconut Milk flavoured Sandesh

  • paneer - made from 1 litre milk
  • coconut Milk powder - 2 tbsp (adjust to taste )
  • sugar - about 10 tsp ( adjust to taste )
  • Sliced almonds or pistachios for garnishing
  • ghee - about 1 tsp

How to make Coconut Milk flavoured Sandesh

  1. Take a big vessel and keep the milk to boil. Then add lemon juice and let it curdle.
  2. Now strain it and wash the paneer so that the smell of goes away. Squeeze the water completely.
  3. Now in a mixer jar blend the paneer and sugar.
  4. Take a kadai put the ground mixture in it. Add coconut milk powder & mix well.
  5. Keep stirring till it gets thick and forms a ball and starts leaving sides of kadai. It will take about 5 minutes.
  6. When slightly cool grease your palms with ghee and shape them to form sandesh. garnish with slices of almonds.
  7. Serve
