Ingredients to make Sabudana kheer with fruits and rose

  • 4cup milk
  • 1cup sabudana soaked
  • 4tbsp sugar
  • Cardmon powder half tsp
  • Rose syrup 4tsp
  • Chopped fruits like kiwi, strawberry, apple, mango or as per taste 1 cup
  • Cherry for garnish

How to make Sabudana kheer with fruits and rose

  1. Boil milk till thicken. When it reduces add soaked sabudana.
  2. Cook it in milk and add sugar and cardmon powder
  3. Cool it and keep in freeze
  4. At the time of serving first pour chopped fruits in a glass .And pour kheer over them.
  5. Top with rose syrup and garnish with cherry
  6. Prepare all glasses like that and serve chilled.
