Soyabean paratha

Ingredients to make Soyabean paratha

  • 1 bowl soya granules
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilli powder according to taste
  • garam masala
  • aamchoor powder
  • 1 bowl wheat flour

How to make Soyabean paratha

  1. Soak soya granules in hot water for 5 minutes. Prepare a dough of whet flour.
  2. Drain water from soya granules and crush it using a blender.
  3. Put crushed soya granules in a plate and mix salt, red chilli powder, aamchoor powder and garam masala.
  4. Make 2 rotis and fill the crushed soya granules between them and seal the rotis and make paratha of it.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
