TOMATO PARATHA

Ingredients to make TOMATO PARATHA

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • Handful coriander and mint leave's
  • Green stem of spring onion (optional)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli pd
  • For Dough
  • 1 bowl wheat flour
  • 5 tsp rawa (suji)
  • 4 tsp besan
  • oil

How to make TOMATO PARATHA

  1. Wash and thinly slice tomatoes
  2. Wash n chopp coriander and mint leaves and green stem of spring onions
  3. Mix all dough ingredients and make soft dough cover and keep aside
  4. Now make small ball's and roll two chapatti, keep 1 aside on other put tomatoes
  5. Now spread coriander leaves
  6. Spread mint and spring Onion's stem
  7. Sprinkle salt sand red chilli powder
  8. Now take the other chapatti and nicely place on the 1st one
  9. Properly seal the edges
  10. Place nonstick tava and slowly take the paratha and place on tava and roast it nicely
  11. And serve hot
My Tip: Don't mix the stuffing ingredients n keep as it will become watery n it will be difficult to stuff
