Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw mango- 1
  2. Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  3. Curry leaves- 5
  4. Sugar- a pinch
  5. Chilli powder- 2tsp
  6. Oil - 1tbsp
  7. Water- 3/4 cup
  8. Garlic- 5 cloves

Instructions

  1. Peel and Cut the mango in to medium size pieces
  2. heat the pan add oil when it becomes hot add mustard, garlic and curry leaves
  3. add water, salt, chilli powder, sugar and mango
  4. after it is reduced into a thick gravy put out the fire
