Ingredients to make curd kabab

  • Hung curd 4 cup
  • Gram flour 1/4 tbsp
  • Boiled and mashed potato 2 small
  • chopped green chili 2 no
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Grated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Chena or cottage cheese 2 tbsp
  • coriander and pomegranate for garnish

How to make curd kabab

  1. Hung the curd in muslin cloth for over night. Dry roast the gram flour
  2. Mash the potato Now mix curd,cottage cheese,mashed potato and all the dry spices instead of oil .mix well to a smooth dough.
  3. Now make the kabab with this mixture and shallow fry on a non-stick pan till golden. granish with coriander and pomegranate seeds before serving. Serve with green chutney or sauce
My Tip: also add some crushed nuts.
