Ingredients to make Curd and Chickens Achari kabab

  • 500 grm boneless chicken
  • For marination:
  • 150 grm hung curd
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder and salt
  • For achari masala:
  • 1 1/2 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp onion seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • For final mixing :
  • 1 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 100 grm hung curd
  • 3 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Add 1 chopped onion, 2 green chilli nicely chopped, 2 carrots grated and 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking

How to make Curd and Chickens Achari kabab

  1. Take a large bowl add boneless chicken, yogurt and dry marinate masala and keep aside it for at least 1 hour.
  2. Now take a fry pan add all achari masala and roast it till nice smell comes, now switch of gas, cool it and make powder of it and keep aside it.
  3. After 1 hour take marinate chicken and par boil it.
  4. When it boils and cool minces this, now add achari masala, mashed potatoes, salt and final mixing masala with curd and coriander leaves, grated carrot, chopped onion and mix well.
  5. Now make optional size patties of it and pan fry it, till turn brown in color
  6. Now serve this Achari chicken kebab with green chutney for more taste.
