  • Onion 2 big size
  • Green chilli 2
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Vinegar Onion Salad

  1. Cut onion in rings and take out each rings separately.
  2. Slit green chillies in lenthwise.
  3. Take a wok, heat it
  4. Pour oil and let it hot.
  5. Add mustard seeds, let it splutter.
  6. Add onion and slit green chillies.
  7. Add salt and mix properly.
  8. Add vinegar and mix. Remove from heat.
  9. Squeeze all lemon in this and serve quickly.
