Mango kadhi with green pulao

Ingredients to make Mango kadhi with green pulao

  • 1 cup aamras
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • salt
  • haldi
  • 1 cup water
  • For green rice:
  • 1 cup rice
  • Half cup corn
  • Half cup crumbled paneer
  • Green chilli slited 2
  • Crushed peanuts 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Rai
  • ginger paste
  • onion chopped
  • salt
  • coriander-mint chutney
  • Tadka for mango kadhi----
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • jeera- 1 tsp
  • Rai- 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves- a sprig
  • Dry red chilli- 1 tsp each

How to make Mango kadhi with green pulao

  1. First we will make aamras
  2. Mix curd, besan, salt, haldi and water and whisk them finely
  3. Now add aamras in it and whisk
  4. Take a kadai and heat ghee. Then add jeera, rai, curry leaves and dry red chilli. When splutter add sam mix and cook. Regular stir it cook it
  5. For green rice-----
  6. Take oil in cooker and add jeera, rai, ginger, onion and green chilli one by one. Saute them
  7. Add peanuts crushed, corn and paneer, add rice roast little then add 2 cup water and salt
  8. Cook in cooker till one whistle.
  9. When rice ready, mix green chutney and serve with mango kadhi and some fried chips

My Tip:

We can make onion and chilli bhajiyas also and serve with it
