Ingredients to make DAHI BEETROOT KABABS

  • Beetroot 2
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • A pinch of hing
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make DAHI BEETROOT KABABS

  1. Take the beetroot and grate it .
  2. Take a wok, and put 1-2 teaspoon of oil in it.
  3. Add hing and jeera to it.
  4. Now add beetroot into the wok and saute till it gets dry.
  5. Once dried, keep it aside and let it cool.
  6. Add hung curd to it.
  7. Now add all the masala and mix well.
  8. Roll the mixture into kebabs of desired shape.
  9. Heat oil in a wok and fry the kebabs.
  10. Garnish the fried kebabs with coriander and green chutney.
  11. Serve hot.

My Tip:

We can also add til seeds in the kebabs.
