Ingredients to make Curd Cucumber Raita ( Curd or yogurt Recipe )

  • curd 1/2 cup
  • cucumber 1 big
  • salt 1 tsp
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped chillies in rings 1 tsp
  • coriander for garnishing

How to make Curd Cucumber Raita ( Curd or yogurt Recipe )

  1. Grate the cucumber.
  2. Squeeze the excess water from the cucumber. Don't throw this water drink it, it is very healthy.
  3. Crush the mustard seeds on roti rolling pan.
  4. Keep ready sugar salt, curd and chilli.
