Tangy Sweet Corn

Ingredients to make Tangy Sweet Corn

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon

How to make Tangy Sweet Corn

  1. In a vessel heat 1 tablespoon butter and add corn, chilli flakes, oregano seasoning and salt.
  2. Add about 1 cup water. Cover and cook till corn is boiled and tender.
  3. Squeeze lemon as per taste. Top with remaining butter and serve hot.
My Tip: If you do not have lemon, you can use a pinch of dry mango powder (amchur) or even chaat masala.
