Ingredients to make Sprouted Moong Dal and Chickpea Bread Cutlets

  • Moong Dal(green)-1 cup
  • Chickpeas-1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon
  • Pinch of Hing
  • Coriander powder-1teaspoon
  • Wheat bread crushed -2-3slices
  • Suji to coat-1/2 cup
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • Boiled potato-1
  • water to boil

How to make Sprouted Moong Dal and Chickpea Bread Cutlets

  1. Soak moong dal overnight till morning
  2. In morning drain the water and tie the dal in a Potli and sprinkle some water and hang it aside
  3. In afternoon boil chickpeas
  4. Now give one boil to dal also
  5. Now mix both moong dal and chick peas
  6. Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, hing, crushed bread, boiled potato and mix well
  7. Make cutlets gently with hands
  8. Now roll them one by one in suji spread on a plate
  9. Now shallow fry these cutlets
  10. Serve hot
