Ingredients to make Creamy Mango Bar

  • 1 & 1/2 Cup, Mango Pulp
  • 1 Cup,Powdered White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup,Greek Yogurt / Hung Curd
  • 1/2 Cup,Heavy Whipping Cream / Regular Milk Cream
  • 8 No,Popsicle Molds
  • 8 No,Popsicle Sticks

How to make Creamy Mango Bar

  1. If you are extracting fresh pulp from Mangoes then do not add any water to grind the pulp to smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl,add 1 Cup Mango Pulp and 1/2 Cup sugar.
  3. Mix well to form a smooth mixture. Keep this aside.
  4. In another mixing bowl,add remaining 1/2 Cup Mango Pulp,Greek yogurt,1/2 Cup sugar and cream.
  5. Mix really well .
  6. Take Popsicle molds and pour the mango pulp mixture and yogurt cream mixture in alternate patterns or any pattern of your choice.
  7. Freeze the Popsicle till they are firm for about 6 hours.
  8. Remove the Popsicle from molds carefully and Enjoy!
