Ingredients to make Makhana Curd delite

  • curd 500 grams
  • Makhana 100 grams
  • ghee 1 teaspoon
  • sugar 1 teaspoon
  • White salt half teaspoon
  • Black salt half teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder half teaspoon
  • Chaat masala half teaspoon
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Makhana Curd delite

  1. Put a pan on flame and add ghee in it.
  2. Roast the makhane for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Coarsely grind makhane and beat the curd.
  4. Add grounded makhane in the curd.
  5. Add all the spices in it and garnish with makhane and coriander leaves.

My Tip:

May add some fresh cream for creamy texture.
