  1. 1कप उबाल चावल
  2. 1कप छाछ
  3. 1tsp राई
  4. ,1tsp पिसी मिर्च पाउडर,
  5. 1चुटकी हींग,
  6. , 2से 3 सबुत लाल मिर्च,
  7. नमक स्वादानुसार
  8. 1गिलास पानी

Instructions

  1. , सबसे पहले कढ़ाई तेल डाले जब वो गर्म जो जाये उसमे सारी सामग्री (नमक ,पिसी लाल मिर्च कि छोड़ कर )सब कुछ तेल डाले जब बो तड़का मे लगे तो उसमे छाछ मिक्स करेओर पानी भी चावल ओर नमक ,मिर्च, भी डाले एक औ र दो उबाल आने के बाद सर्व करे thanks
