Ingredients to make Khas-Khas Rusk Pineapple pudding

  • 6 piece rusk(khus khus flavour)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon tinned pineapple juice
  • 2(chopped) tinned pineapple slices
  • 1 cup custard
  • 1 cup(almonds, cashew nuts, pista) crushed nuts
  • grated chocolate
  • gems

How to make Khas-Khas Rusk Pineapple pudding

  1. Soak each rusk in milk for 5 minutes
  2. After 5 minutes remove from milk and keep aside in a dish
  3. Spread pineapple syrup on each rusk
  4. Cover this rusk with cream
  5. Spread chopped pineapple and nuts
  6. Cover with second rusk
  7. Again repeat the same process
  8. Cover these two rusk with third rusk
  9. Now cover this rusk cake with whipped cream
  10. Cover corners with chopped nuts
  11. Keep in fridge for at least7-8 hours before eating
  12. Spread sprinkle with jems and chocolate
