Ingredients to make Nutella Mawa Brownie Kulfi

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Brownie 200 grams
  • Melted nutella 1 cup for coating
  • Digestive biscuits crumbs 1/4 cup
  • Salted melted butter 2 tablespoon

How to make Nutella Mawa Brownie Kulfi

  1. Mix butter and biscuit crumbs together and spread this mixture on a plate and refrigerate.
  2. Boil milk till it is reduced to 1/4th...then cool completely.
  3. Crumble the brownie and mix with reduced (condensed) milk or semisolid mawa. Now pour this mixture in popsicle or kulfi mould and place in freezer for 4 hours.
  4. Melt nutella in another bowl in microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. After 4 hours, demould brownie mawa Ice-cream and fully dip in melted nutella.
  6. Again freeze for 30 minutes then coat with refrigerated biscuit butter crumbs.
  7. Enjoy these super delicious kulfi.
My Tip: Take ginger brownie to give a royal taste. I can't use extra sugar because of brownie and nutella but you can add sugar according to your taste.
