  • Milk ½ litre
  • Custard powder 1 tablespoon
  • dryfruits
  • mango 2

How to make Macroni mango custard pudding

  1. Boil the milk, and then add the macaroni to it, cook for 2 minutes and then keep aside.
  2. TNow, add the custard powder in little cold milk, mix well, add this slurry to the boiled milk along with the puree of 1 mango.
  3. Now cook the macaroni, milk mixture on a low flame by stirring it, cook until it thickens.
  4. Now cool this mixture and chill it for atleast 4-5 hours.
  5. Now serve this in dessert bowls with generous garnishing of dry fruits and some mango pieces.
