Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati Rice [cooked] - 1 cup
  2. Makhana sliced and rosted - 1/4 th cup
  3. Coriander leaves [handful]
  4. ghee - 4 tbsp
  5. Garam Masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Carrots [chopped] - 1/4 th cup
  8. Beans - 1/4 th cup
  9. Bell peppers - 2 tbsp [chopped]
  10. Cardamom pods -2
  11. Cashew nuts - 10
  12. Chicken - 200 gm

Instructions

  1. Fry makhana and chicken in ghee.
  2. Now add carrots and beans to fry
  3. Now mix garam masala powder, cardamom pods and cashew nuts.
  4. Now add salt to taste.
  5. Now add the rice and mix well.
