Cham Cham

Ingredients to make Cham Cham

  • 4 tbsp maida
  • 500 gms Cottage chesse ( paneer)
  • 2 cups sugar

How to make Cham Cham

  1. In a bowl, take paneer and maida. Knead very well for 20 minutes continously, into a soft dough.
  2. Make oval shaped balls and keep it aside.
  3. Take sugar in a vessel and add 1 cup water. Cook till it attains one thread consistency.
  4. Place all the balls in sugar syrup. Cook for a minute.
  5. Remove the balls from the vessel and allow it to cool down.
