Healthy Vegetable Uttapam

Ingredients to make Healthy Vegetable Uttapam

  • 2 cups semolina
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup curd
  • 4 tbsp each of capsicum, tomato (without seed) ,onion, cabbage,
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp eno

How to make Healthy Vegetable Uttapam

  1. Start by making a batter of the ingredients, semolina, water, curd, coriander and mix well. Then add in the eno, just before you start to make the uttapam.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all the vegetables together with salt and chilli .
  3. Heat the tawa or a flat bottomed pan .
  4. Put in 1 tbsp oil . When the tawa becomes a little hot, spread 5 tbsp of the batter, then spread 4 tbsp vegetable mixture on it.
  5. Cook it from both sides and serve it hot with sauce or coconut dip.
