- Milk 1/2 litre
- 1 green chilli stem
- 1 spoon of thick curd
- Boil the milk in a utensil. Once it is luke warm, put in the thick curd and mix it well.
- Put in the green chilli stem and leave it overnight.
- The next morning, a thick layer of curd is formed.
- Serve it chilled for best taste.
