Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • 1 green chilli stem
  • 1 spoon of thick curd

Recipe Preparation

  1. Boil the milk in a utensil. Once it is luke warm, put in the thick curd and mix it well.
  2. Put in the green chilli stem and leave it overnight.
  3. The next morning, a thick layer of curd is formed.
  4. Serve it chilled for best taste.
