Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  2. Raw rice 1 tsp
  3. Hing a pinch
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Channa dal 1 tsp
  6. Chopped coconut 2 tbsp
  7. Whole Black pepper 1 tsp
  8. Ginger finely chopped 1/4 tsp
  9. Green chillies 2
  10. curry leaves few
  11. Coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1/2 CUP URAD DAL AND 1 TSP RAW RICE FOR 1 HOUR
  2. SOAK 1 TSP CHANNA DAL
  3. ADD URAD DAL, HING AND SALT TO BLENDER. GRIND TO FLUFFY PASTE
  4. ADD SOAKED CHANNA DAL, COCONUT AND PEPPER
  5. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, CURRY AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. ADD FINELY CHOPPED GINGER
  7. DEEP FRY BONDA
