Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak - 8 bunches (small)
  2. Onion - 2(small)
  3. Oil-3tbps
  4. Tomato - 1
  5. Green chilli - 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1/4tsp
  7. Turmeric - 1/4tsp
  8. Coriander Powder - 1tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Chilli powder - 1tsp
  11. Garam masala - 1/4tsp
  12. Chopped garlic - 12 cloves

Instructions

  1. Clean the palak and blanch the palak in hot water for 2min. Drain the water and let palak cool down.
  2. Meanwhile chop the onions, tomato and garlic. Puree the palak in mixer.
  3. Heat kadai with 2tbsp of oil. Add green chilles, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and tomato fry until it leaves oil.
  4. While oil leaves from onion and tomato add the pureed palak in that.
  5. Mix the gravy add a small glass of water. Cook until the desired consistency.
  6. Set another kadai and heat 1/2tsp of oil add chopped garlic fry that it turns to red. Tamper that in gravy. Serve with hot Pulkas.
