Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. spinach 2 bundles
  2. shrimp 250 gm
  3. garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. sugar 1 tsp
  6. chili powder 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate prawns with salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add shrimps and fry for 2 minutes
  2. Chop spinach leaves finely and add to pan. Mix well
  3. Cook until spinach wilts, add turmeric powder, little salt, chili powder and sugar. mix well
  4. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with plain rice and dal
