Ingredients to make Whole Brinjal Fry (no onion no garlic)
- 10 nos Tiny Brinjals
- 1tbsp chilly powder
- 1/2cup Coarsely grounded peanuts
Steps to make Whole Brinjal Fry (no onion no garlic)
- Mix the chilly powder, coarse peanut powder,salt in a bowl.
- Take the brinjal, slit open it as four from the bottom and keep the head intact. Now stuff the spice mixture inside the slits gently, keep aside.
- Heat enough oil in a pan, drop the stuffed brinjals and fry in simmer until they get well cooked. Serve warm as side dish.
