Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 ltr full fat milk
  2. 1/4cup milk powder
  3. 1/4 tsp saffron (soaked in little milk)
  4. 1tsp thick malai (no drop of milk )
  5. Vinegar or lemon juice
  6. Sugar as per taste
  7. Pista and almonds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk .
  2. Switch off the gas and leave the milk for 2to 3 min.
  3. Now add vinegar or lemon juice till milk will be curdel.
  4. Pour the curdel milk in to muslen cloth and squeez the water.
  5. Now put some heavy vessel on the muslen cloth for drain water properly.
  6. Channa will be dry no moist is their.
  7. Take a plate put Channa and rub with the help of hand and give a smooth texture.
  8. Now add milk powder, malai, saffron,little sugar or as per taste
  9. Mix properly and give the laddu shape
  10. Decorate with pista and almonds
  11. And sprinkle soaked saffron on channa laddu.
  12. Put it in to fridge before serveing
