Ingredients to make Chaina grass with jelly topping

  • 1/2 litre good life milk
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp milk powder
  • 25 gms chaina grass
  • 1 packet of raspberry jelly powder
  • Water 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Vanila essence 1 tsp

How to make Chaina grass with jelly topping

  1. Start by mixing the jelly powder with 3/4th cup boiling water and 3/4th cup cold water. Keep aside.
  2. To make the chaina grass, take the chaina grass and boil it in the milk. Next, add in condensed milk, fresh cream, milk powder, vanilla essence and sugar. Let it simmer and cook for 10 mins.
  3. Now take a mould and make one layer of jelly and one layer of chaina grass and make 3 layers all together. Refrigerate this for 45 mins then remould it.
  4. This lovely dish is now ready to be served!

My Tip:

Keep the mould in warm water for 5 minutes and remould it.
