  • Sesame Oil - 10 ml
  • Fish Sauce 1-0 ml
  • Sugar - 2 gm

  • Rice Vinegar - 30 ml
  • Sugar - 20 gm
  • Salt - 1 gm
  • Raw Garlic - 3 gm
  • Fresh Red Chili Chopped - 5 gm
  • Chopped fresh coridander leaf - 30 gm

How to make Grilled Fish with South-East Asian Dressing

  1. Marinate the fish fillet with sesame oil, fish sauce, and sugar for 15- 20 mins.
