Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Masoor dal - 1/3 cup
  2. Onion- 1
  3. Green chili-1,slited
  4. Garlic flakes-5,chopped
  5. Jeera-1/2 TSP
  6. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For tadka:
  9. .oil 1tsp
  10. Mustard seeds-1tsp
  11. Red chilly-1

Instructions

  1. CLEAN DAL.COOK IT WITH ONION,CHILLY,GARLIC,JEERA,TURMERIC,WATER
  2. WHEN DONE ADD SALT
  3. HEAT OIL FOR TEMPERING
  4. ADD MUSTARD,RED CHILLY
  5. POUR IT TO DAL AND MIX
