ABOUT Healthy Winter Paratha RECIPE

Parathas are one thing for which you don't need any planning and you can make your own version everytime. These are healthy filling paratha made with vegetables good in winter healthwise.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
  2. Carrot-1 medium size grated
  3. Cabbage- 1/3 rd of a full, grated
  4. Fenugreek, Spinach, Mint and Corriander- 1 full cup
  5. Sesame seeds-11/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala- 1 tsp
  9. Salt- As required
  10. Water- As required
  11. Cheese cube- 1 no. (Optional)
  12. Oil- 1tsp
  13. Ghee- As required

Instructions

  1. Mix all vegetables in flour. Add all spices too.
  2. Make soft dough using water. Knead with oil and keep aside for half an hour.
  3. Heat non stick tawa. Make balls out of dough and roll chapatis.
  4. Put on Tawa and do it on both sides with ghee till done.
  5. Serve hot with Raita, Chutney Or any other dip of your choice.
