moongodi in italian white and red sauce

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. hara moong dal soked 1/2 cup
  2. yellow moong dal soked 1/2 cup
  3. khada dhaniya 2 tb spoon
  4. chili flakes
  5. origano
  6. oil for deep fry
  7. cheese
  8. butter
  9. milk 1 cup
  10. maida 2tb sp
  11. salt as per taste
  12. hing
  13. tomatoes boiled and skin removed and blended in blender into puri
  14. onion finely chopped in vertical length
  15. capsicum finely chopped into vertical length
  16. black pepper powder
  17. garlic finely chopped

Instructions

  1. take mixed paste of green and yellow moong dal, add salt to taste, chilli flakes, origano, hing and khada dhaniya.now heat oil in a ddep pan to deep fry the moongodi. with the help of spoon or hand put small small balls of moongodi into oil when it is hot. deep fry moongodi and keep aside
  2. now in another pan add butter and 2 tb spoon of maida while stiring add milk and cheese and black pepper powder to make white sauce. add salt to taste and keep aside
  3. take another pan and put some oil and heat the oil. now add finely chopped garlic and onion, add capsicum and salt too. when onion is bit transperent add tomato puri and fry until it leaves oil.add fried moongodi and prepered white sauce to it. add origani and chilli flakes according to ur taste. garnish with graded cheese. your italiano is ready to serve
