Truffle in Black

Ingredients to make Truffle in Black

  • 200gms Dark Chocolate - melted
  • 250gms Truffle Sponge
  • 10-12 dates - soaked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp rice balls
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp chopped nuts

How to make Truffle in Black

  1. Crumble the cake and add all the ingredients melted chocolate.
  2. Roll the mixture into regular sized balls.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
  4. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with sweet vermicelli/silver balls/ titbits/dessicated coconut/anything of your choice.
  5. Refrigerate for next 5 mins.
