ABOUT Missi poori RECIPE

It is very crispy type of poori. You can eat it with any curry or pickle.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 4 tablespoon
  3. Besan 4 tablespoon
  4. Salt 1 teaspoon
  5. Carrom seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Ghee 1 tablespoon for kneading
  9. Water for kneading dough
  10. Refined oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the flour and add ghee to it. Make crumble texture with the help of fingers.
  2. Now add all other ingredients except refined oil. Make a tight dough.
  3. Set aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes again knead the dough.
  4. Now heat oil and make pooris from the dough.
  5. Put one by one pooris in hot oil and fry from both sides.
  6. Your missi poori is ready to serve. Serve it with any pickle or curry of your choice.
