Indo-chinese noodles with crispy fries

Ingredients to make Indo-chinese noodles with crispy fries

  • Spaghetti 400 gm
  • 1 cup boiled chicken
  • Julienne cut carrot, capsicum, onion and cabbage- 2 cups
  • ginger- 1 tsp, minced
  • A hand full of spring onoin
  • Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  • red chilli sauce- 1 tsp
  • Ketchup- 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar- 1 tbsp
  • red chilli flakes and black pepper crushed
  • salt to taste

How to make Indo-chinese noodles with crispy fries

  1. Boil spaghetti. In a wok put some oil add all the veggies , salt , ginger, red chilli flakes.
  2. Add fried egg and chicken and toss it for 5 mins Now add noodles , soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup and red chilli sauce toss it and sprinkle some crushed pepper. Garnish it with spring onion.
  3. Fry some fries, sprinkle salt pepper and cumin powder serve it with ketchup...
