Butterscotch sponge cake

Ingredients to make Butterscotch sponge cake

  • 1 +1/2 cup malida
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk
  • 2tsp vanilla custard powder
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp butterscotch essence

How to make Butterscotch sponge cake

  1. First sieve flour baking powder and soda
  2. Take a separate bowl and add powdered sugar+oil+milkpowder+custardpowder
  3. Add milk
  4. Then whip all the above ingredients with the help of a blender till it becomes foamy
  5. Then add the flour slowly . Mixed with cut and fold method
  6. Take the tin container in which u will bake the cake
  7. Grease it with oil and dust it with maida
  8. Put the mixture and tap it
  9. Put it in the prehrated oven
  10. Bake it at 180 degree for 40 to 45 min
  11. Let it cool . Your cake is ready.

My Tip:

Cover with a foil paper and bake
