Layer jelly

Ingredients to make Layer jelly

  • Milkmaid- 1tin
  • Gelatin powder-3tablespoon + 4 tablespoon
  • Hot water- 1cup + 4 cups
  • sugar- 4 tablespoon
  • Food colours ( 4 different colours)
  • Cherry (for decor)

How to make Layer jelly

  1. Dissolve 4 tablespoon gelatin in 4 cups of water.
  2. Add sugar and dissolve nicely.
  3. Divide into 4 portions and add 4 different food colours to each portion of gelatin mixture.
  4. Dissolve 3 tablespoon gelatin in 1 cup of hot water.
  5. Mix 1 tin milkmaid to this gelatin mixture.
  6. Now in a serving glass pour little amount of one colour gelatin mixture...set this in afridge for 15 minutes.
  7. Pour little amount of milkmaid gelatin mixture set this in fridge.
  8. Again pour another colour of gelatin mixture and set.
  9. Repeat this process as shown in picture.
  10. Finally top this with cherry and serve...
