Ingredients to make Chocolate stuffed gujjiya in sheera

  • Dough:
  • Wheatflour-1cup
  • ghee-3tbsp
  • salt-to taste
  • water-1cup
  • For filling:
  • Cooking chocolate-1/2cup
  • Condensed milk-2tbsp

How to make Chocolate stuffed gujjiya in sheera

  1. In a bowl add dough ingredients and form in to dough
  2. Rest the dough for 15mins..shape it like gujjiyas and stuff cooking chocolate and deep fry in hot oil
  3. Prepare sheera and add gujjiyas to sheera
  4. Soak for sometime and serve with dry fruits on top
