White kuruma

Ingredients to make White kuruma

  • onion 1
  • carrot 1
  • potato 1
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • oil : 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • cinnamon 1
  • cloves 2
  • elaichi 1
  • For coconut paste
  • Grated coconut 4 tsp
  • fennel seeds ½ tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • cashews 5

How to make White kuruma

  1. In a pressure cooker add carrot, potato, peas and add required water and cook for 5 min on medium flame
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, cloves, elaichi , onion, curry leaves and saute for 1 min
  3. Add ginger garlic paste Add salt and cooked veg and cook for 1 min
  4. Add coconut paste and cook for 2 more min
  5. Add coriander leaves
