Ingredients to make Blackened paneer with corn curry

  • 500 gms paneer, cut in small square shapes
  • For the masala:
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • For the corn curry :
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 5 onions chopped into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Milk

How to make Blackened paneer with corn curry

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the masalas.
  2. Coat the paneer pieces with it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer pieces till the colour changes to black.
  4. Now heat oil in another pan for the curry.
  5. Add onions, corn, salt, black pepper and saute for a while.
  6. After a while add milk and cook on a low flame.
  7. Now put this mixture in a mixer and blend well.
  8. Serve the fried paneer pieces with curry.
