About Russian cutlet Recipe

Its a very easy recipe made up of chicken.

Russian cutlet

Ingredients to make Russian cutlet

  • Boiled potatoes - 4
  • Boiled & shredded chicken - 1 cup
  • salt - as per taste
  • pepper powder - 1tablespoon
  • oil - 2tablespoon+For deep frying
  • capsicum+carrot+cabbage [grated] - 1cup
  • eggs - 2
  • Vermicelli - As required
  • Green chillie -2
  • ginger / garlic - 2tablespoon

How to make Russian cutlet

  1. In a pan add 2tablepsoon oil than the g/g paste.
  2. Than add all the veggies saute it for 2-3mins than add the chicken and potatoes to it mix it well.
  3. Add salt and pepper powder.
  4. Add green chillie.
  5. Mix it well than swtich off the gas.
  6. Once the mixture is cool make it of round shape them, dip it in egg and coat with the vermicelli.
  7. Than deep fry it.
