Harabhara dhokla

Ingredients to make Harabhara dhokla

  • 1/2 cup powder quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/2 green chilly paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds
  • curry leaves.

How to make Harabhara dhokla

  1. Combine the oats ,semolina,curds ,green chilly paste,salt and 1/2= cup of water in bowl.mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes
  2. Add spinach and 2 tsp of water and mix well to make a batter of dropping cocsistency.
  3. add the fruit salt steaming it.
  4. Take a pan .add oil. Mustard seeds.Curry leaves and sesame seeds and pour in to dhokla .

My Tip:

Serve with tea
