Chocolate Cupcake

Ingredients to make Chocolate Cupcake

  • maida 1 cup
  • sugar powder 1 cup
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • For icing
  • Chocolate 200gms
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk 4 Tbsp

How to make Chocolate Cupcake

  1. Mix all dry ingredients except sugar and keep aside.
  2. Whisk eggs with an electric beater and then add sugar powder and beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add a little oil and keep beating them then add a little of the dry ingredients while beating all the time.
  4. Keep adding oil and dry mix till you mix all.
  5. Then add vanilla essence and milk and beat for another minute.
  6. Grease the cupcake moulds and pour the batter into them.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins at 150 degrees.
  8. For the icing Melt 200 gms chocolate add 1 tbsp butter and 4 tbsp condensed milk.
  9. Cook on low flame till it is combined.
  10. Pour over the cooled cupcakes.

My Tip:

Eggs should be at room temperature and the milk should be warm.
