Bhagar and sabudana dosa

Ingredients to make Bhagar and sabudana dosa

  • 1 small katori bhagar called as upwas chawal also
  • Half katori sabudana
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • ghee for shallow fry
  • 1 Green chilli
  • Little water for batter

How to make Bhagar and sabudana dosa

  1. First soak bhagar called as upwas Chawal add sabudana and peanuts soaked for 3 hours when done drain the water and wash 3 to 4 times.. And keep in side to remove excess water left
  2. Now Take grinder add dhaniya, green chilli and bhagar mixture and little water make smooth paste and remove in a bowl.. Now add salt and see the consistency the batter of dosage should be medium like dose batter..
  3. Take a nonstick pan add ghee and mixture like dosa first cook on high gas then reduce on sim..
  4. Yummy dosas are ready to eat..

My Tip:

Cook only in ghee..
