  • Urad dhal 100gm
  • Chana dal 50gm
  • Black til seed (washed and drained) 50gm
  • Tamrind one small piece
  • Asfoetida or hinge 2 tea spoon
  • Rock salt 1 table spoon if necessary add more
  • 2 to 3 tea spoon oil to fry the chilly
