Ingredients to make Heart shaped bedmi puri /kachori

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • 1/2cup urad dal
  • oil 1tbsp
  • Grated ginger 1/2tsp
  • Dry masale-salt as per taste
  • red chilli pow 1/2tsp
  • coriander pow 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • hing 1 pinch
  • jeera powder 1/4tsp
  • water as required
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Heart shaped bedmi puri /kachori

  1. URAD DAL SOAKED IN WATER FOR 1 HOUR
  2. GRIND IT WITH 1 GREEN CHILLI,DRY MASALE-SALT,HING,HALDI,CORIANDER POWDER,RED CHILLI POW,GARAM MASALA, OIL WATER GRATED GINGER
  3. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR ADD 1TBSP OIL
  4. MIX ALL DRY MASALE
  5. GRINDED URAD DAL MAKE A DOUGH WITH WATER
  6. DOUGH IS NOT TIGHT OR SOFT
  7. MADE THICK PURI FROM DOUGH
  8. CUT IN SHAPE HELP OF COOKIE CUTTER
  9. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  10. PRESS GENTLY
  11. FRY IT TILL GOLDEN
  12. NOW READTHESE CRISPY PURI OR KACHORI
  13. SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE
