Ingredients to make Spicy Chicken Stew and Beans with steamed rice

  • 500gms Chicken
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbs Oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1tsp of Ginger and garlic crushed together
  • I tsp Chilli powder
  • 1tsp Raja mircha
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100gm beans (boiled for 2 mins)

How to make Spicy Chicken Stew and Beans with steamed rice

  1. Heat the oil in a pot. Add onions and ginger and garlic, stir fry till brown
  2. Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,black pepper and salt
  3. Now add the raja mircha and blend well
  4. Add chicken broth and cook for 15 mins
  5. Chicken stew is ready
  6. Heat oil in a pan.Add beans,pepper abd salt and stir fry for 5-10 mins
  7. Serve with steamed rice
